Wine Tasting Classes Starting Again in February
Last November we completed our fall semester of wine tasting classes at the winery. We had a wonderful time and made many new friends. At the end of the final week we had our traditional graduation party with wine and food.
We will start the next set of freshman classes Wednesday February 29th at 7 PM. They will follow the same format that we have used in the past. Each class will have a PowerPoint presentation on a specific topic followed by a tasting of four wines that are representative of the evening's discussion. At the end of each semester you will get a CD with all the slides so if you miss a class you will still have all the information. You also have the option of taking a make-up class in the fall when the new freshmen have the class that you missed.
Those students who have taken classes with us previously will start the same week. Juniors start Monday February 27th and Sophomores Tuesday February 28th.
